2. Tiny Prints. Who has the time to pick out cards, print out pictures, buy stamps, address all of the envelopes, AND get them mailed? If you do and you do it for everybody, I bet you're a PTA/soccer/volunteer mom too. Good for you, but that doesn't work for me. With Tiny Prints (who are also on Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook. Seriously, their social media team is working it!) you can choose from a WIDE array of designs and even include pictures on the card so no separate printing! There are so many of the Christmas cards that I love, I'm not sure how to pick!
3. Forget having the "perfect" holiday. Focus on having a good time and spending meaningful time with your family. Plus, sometimes the imperfect things make the best memories. I don't know that having the "perfect" holiday was such a big deal before Pinterest, but goodness sakes that (amazing and usually beneficial) site can cause some serious case of the green-eyed monster.
4. Potluck dinner. One person cooking everything makes no sense to me, especially if you have a large family (we have a minimum of 12 people for family gatherings on my mom's side). This way everybody can contribute and there's not one person that's in charge of cooking and cleaning. Although, I do recommend cooking the turkey/ham/whatever where you're going to eat. Those things are difficult to transport.
